Metabolic age from your metabolism — no lab tests
Metabolic age shows how efficiently your metabolism works compared with the average values for different age groups. Just three parameters are enough — sex, height and weight: from them we compute your basal metabolism, and from that — the age your metabolism is “worth”. It's part of your biological age, and you can influence it. If you'd like to factor in sleep, movement and stress, there's an extended lifestyle-based calculation.

How metabolic age is calculated
At its core is basal metabolism: the energy the body spends at rest. It's estimated with the Harris–Benedict equation and then compared with metabolism at an ideal body weight. The further your weight is from the ideal — which body mass index also shows — the more your metabolic age deviates from your chronological age.

Fill in sex, age, height and weight. The “Lifestyle” block is optional — it doesn't affect the number, but it makes the recommendations more precise. Weigh yourself under the same conditions, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach, without shoes.
